Keep that Body Moving – Maintenance Tips from an Osteopath.

At BodyRight Healthcare, we are extremely fortunate to have passionate practitioners who all have varying areas of expertise and specialties. This week, we chatted to Dr Carlos Olson, a registered osteopath who splits his time between his own private practice and within the Aged Care facilities as a “BodyRighter”.

Carlos has a fantastic understanding of the musculoskeletal system and takes great pride in seeing the progression of all his patients/clients through his extensive rehabilitation programs. Our goal at BodyRight Healthcare is to help people get their “bodies right” and with Carlos’s list of exercises, we all will be one step closer to achieving this feat. Enjoy.

As an osteopath and athlete of high calibre, Will is all too familiar with the consequences of over-training or under-preparing – so who better to give us an insight into what makes an athlete tick?

Returning to the Office Pain Free & With Ease.

With workplaces and life in general slowly returning to some form of normality over the coming weeks and months, the timing has never been better to remind ourselves of the importance of having an ergonomic set-up when working. We sat down with Av Kumar – Senior Physiotherapist at EBR Physio and Team Physiotherapist at OHAFC and South East Melbourne Phoenix – for some insight into the common issues he’s seeing and how we can prevent them becoming our new normal.
