Telehealth Service is a video or telephone consultation. We find that online video consultations are most effective, but if you do not have access to this, a telephone consultation is also effective.
- Review our package options and choose one appropriate for you
- Give us a call or fill in your details here, advising us on which Telehealth package you’re after
- Discuss with a team member your needs and arrange an appointment. (If you’ve filled in your details online, we will call you back)
- You can pay by providing your card details to us over the phone
- A team member will then email you a pre-consultation health questionnaire to fill out before your appointment
We can provide our consultations via Skype, Zoom, Facetime or over the phone. Please speak to one of our team members to discuss the easiest option for you.
Please make sure to:
- Fill in and submit your pre-consultation health questionnaire
- Have your devices ready, internet connection working well and log in to your video chat system
- Prepare a list of queries that you may want to discuss during the consultation
Not a problem as long as you can see us.
And if your package includes ‘Feedback on recorded video’, you can send us your recorded video via email / other system.
Of course, we encourage it.
